Our client is booming, and we need a motivated Warehouse Operative in Leighton Buzzard, to keep their warehouse running like clockwork. If you''re organised, detail-focused, and ready to take ownership of incoming stock, this is your chance to join a dynamic team and grow your career.

What You''ll Do:

• Unpack and process deliveries, ensuring all products are correctly logged in the system with accurate labels and expiry dates.
• Quality check stock and take ownership of labelling.
• Pick, pack, and process customer orders and returns.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and running efficiently.
• Work with colleagues to streamline operations and improve processes.
• Handle dangerous goods safely (experience is a plus).

What We''re Looking For:

• Prior warehouse experience, ideally with goods-in, exports, or dangerous goods.
• Sharp attention to detail, especially for batch control and expiry dates.
• Basic computer skills (training provided).
• Ability to lift heavy items and work to deadlines.
• A reliable, organised team player who can also work independently.
• ERP or barcoding experience and forklift license are a bonus (training available).

Additional Information:

• Hours: Monday - Friday
• Shifts: 8am-5pm and rotational day shifts
• Must have Driving license to apply for this job
