About YouPrevious experience within a similar role, you''ll have the ability to work in all weather, operate small hand tools and follow written and verbal instructions. You''ll have excellent Health and Safety knowledge, experience in repairs and maintenance, and ideally a social/local authority housing background. You''ll be able to work well both independently and as part of a team and have other relevant ancillary skills. You''ll also be prepared to undertake an NVQ BMO (Building Maintenance Operative) qualification.
