This is a senior leadership position, reporting directly to the General Manager, with full accountability for engineering strategy, asset reliability, and maintenance excellence across the site. The Opportunity As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will: Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary engineering function (Mechanical, Electrical, Projects, Reliability, Planning) Embed Asset Management (ISO 55000 principles) and drive best practice maintenance strategies Improve plant reliability, uptime and operational performance Reduce repeat failures through structured Root Cause Analysis and defect elimination Champion health, safety and environmental compliance at the highest level Drive CMMS governance, schedule compliance and risk-based maintenance Deliver engineering projects with maintainability and long-term performance in mind Develop a high-performing, engaged, and future-ready engineering team You ll play a pivotal role in improving MTBF, reducing downtime, enhancing KPI performance, and supporting the wider business strategy.
