For this and many other of our roles, we can offer the flexibility of hybrid working, alongside industry leading benefits such as pension and family health/dental insurances as standard.Skills and Experience:Extensive experience (15+ years) in Tax transformation with significant SAP involvement.Proven experience in multiple SAP implementation projects (Indirect AND/OR Direct Tax focus).Experience in tax technology implementation including requirements gathering, design, build, and testingSignificant experience in tax project and product management in a lead role with a successful track record utilising best practice tools and techniques.In-depth experience with tax technical concepts in both indirect and direct tax contexts..Excellent strategic and analytical skills with the ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusionsStrong understanding of global tax rules (Indirect and/or Direct).Deep knowledge of relevant SAP functionalities eg, MM/FI/SDAbility to translate tax requirements into SAP solutions.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Proven leadership qualities with experience in Agile methodologies, capable of navigating change and risk effectively.Exceptional stakeholder analysis and management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and drive cross-functional teamwork.Desired Skills (Beneficial):Knowledge of tax technology solutions (tax engines – One Source, E-Invoicing, DRC, ACR).Experience with financial reporting processes in SAP.Familiarity with SAP tools (e.g., SAC, PaPM, Group Reporting).Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
