We''re now looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their high-performing regional growth team and play a key role in strengthening client relationships and delivering sustainable growth.Role OverviewAs a key member of the Regional Growth Team, you will act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of high-value clients, including developers, resident management companies (RMCs) and freeholders. Your focus will be on building long-term partnerships, identifying organic growth opportunities, and ensuring service delivery consistently meets and exceeds client expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong, trusted relationships with new and existing clients to drive sustainable growthOperate with a client-first mindset, holding regular structured meetings and face-to-face reviews with key stakeholdersProactively use client feedback to identify risks early and turn service issues into improvement opportunitiesTake ownership of all new business leads, ensuring timely follow-up and a high-quality client journeyAnalyse developer documentation and site plans to extract requirements and support accurate, commercial proposalsLead the full tender process, working with operational and regional teams to deliver compelling, tailored submissionsPresent proposals confidently to prospective clients, ..... full job details .....
