Part-Time Health and Safety Coordinator Location: AltonSalary: £38,000 - £45,000 FTE (Pro Rata)Part-Time 1-2 Days Per Week Flexible Working An established manufacturing and engineering business in Hampshire is seeking an experienced Part-Time Health and Safety Coordinator to support the ongoing development and maintenance of its health and safety management systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive health and safety professional looking for flexible working arrangements while remaining actively involved in workplace compliance, employee wellbeing and continuous improvement initiatives. The Role Working closely with management and employees across the business, you will be responsible for supporting and promoting a positive health and safety culture while ensuring compliance with current legislation and company procedures. Key responsibilities will include: Monitoring compliance with health and safety legislation and internal policies. Conducting workplace inspections and audits, identifying hazards and recommending improvements. Assisting with risk assessments, safe systems of work and method statements. Investigating accidents, incidents and near misses, supporting corrective actions where required. Maintaining health and safety documentation, records and training matrices.
