Acting as a first point of contact, helping troubleshoot issues, and escalating where necessary.You''ll work closely with colleagues to set clear expectations and provide practical guidance on using IT hardware, software, and services effectively.Support requests will be logged and managed accurately in the Service Desk system, following agreed processes and working collaboratively with wider IT teams to deliver a seamless service.Where possible, you''ll resolve incidents and service requests directly, escalating only when necessary.
