Approach Personnel are currently looking for an experienced Non-Working Site Manager to oversee a short-term project on a railway site in Ashford. Location: Kent (TN24) Start Date: Tuesday, 28th April Duration: 4 weeks Role Overview: This is a straightforward site management role overseeing a small team on a live railway site. The position is primarily supervisory, ensuring site compliance, health and safety, and smooth day-to-day operations. With only a small number of operatives on site, this is a low-intensity project but requires a reliable and experienced Site Manager to maintain standards.
