• Working closely to support the HRBP''s
• Provide expert advice and support on HR policies and procedures to managers and employees.
• Advise on employee relations matters, including handling queries and resolving issues.
• Manage HR documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as required.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
• Coordinate training and development activities to support employee growth.
• Provide data and reports to assist in HR decision-making.

Profile

A successful Interim HR Advisor should have:

• Previous experience in a generalist HR role in a fast paced environment
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures and employment law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications
