Customer Service Advisor
We are currently working in partnership with one of the South West s largest Housing Associations as they recruit to both full-time (37hrs) and part-time (25hrs) Customer Service Advisors. The position will start in due course, with several positions available due to expansion.The salary is £24,811 per annum plus employee benefits, with hybrid home-working available after induction.Transferrable skills are accepted for this role, if good customer services can be demonstrated.Duties will include (but are not limited to): Acting as the voice of the organisation, taking incoming enquiries to the contact centreResolve customer enquiries efficiently, identifying practical and effective solutionsSchedule appointments and support customers in accessing and using self-service optionsTake ownership of customer cases, managing them through to successful resolutionDeliver a positive and professional customer experience, including in challenging or complex situationsUse sound judgement, empathy, and strong problem-solving skills to achieve positive outcomes for customersBuild rapport with customers and communicate clearly across a range of channelsWork proactively to identify customer needs and provide appropriate support and guidance Experience required: Demonstratable experience in a customer-facing roleReasonable level of IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM databases Rewards and Benefits: Hybrid workingGenerous pension contributionsBUPA Cash Plan ..... full job details .....
