They are currently turning over £500m and cover a wide range of sectors including Commercial, Industrial, Education, Healthcare, MOD, MOJ and much more! The initial project is within the Education sector based in London for a period of 5 months and there is a strong pipeline for projects to follow up to 2029 where you will be onsite from project to project Nationally. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, yet growing business where you would manage all aspects of the site s requirements, operating within a supportive team environment. Responsibilities: • Manage site • Manage Resource • Manage Sub-contractors • Planning and programming • Manage HandS • Manage QA • Liaising with main contractors and other trades Requirements: • SSSTS/ SMSTS Certification and 2391 • Trades background (Mechanical or Electrical) • Experience in Building Services projects • Willing to travel Nationally What''s on offer?
