Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Fabricator / Welder on behalf of our client based in Braintree.The Opportunity This role involves working within a manufacturing environment, fabricating and assembling components to specification using TIG welding techniques while ensuring high quality standards are maintained.Roles and Responsibilities • Fabricating and assembling metal components using TIG welding techniques • Working from technical drawings, specifications and project requirements • Using hand tools, power tools and welding equipment safely and effectively • Conducting quality checks on welds and fabricated components • Working with materials such as steel and aluminium • Maintaining a clean and organised workspace in line with health and safety regulations • Collaborating with team members to meet production deadlines and improve workflow efficiencySuccessful candidates will have • Proven TIG welding experience • Strong understanding of fabrication processes including sheet metal and mechanical assembly • Experience using hand tools, power tools and welding equipment • Good mechanical knowledge and basic maths skills for measurements and calculations • Previous experience working within an industrial or manufacturing environment • Strong attention to detail and quality standards • Ability to work independently and as part of a teamMarket 36 Recruitment Ltd cover a range of sectors including Commercial, Industrial, Engineering, HR and Finance and ITAD. ..... full job details .....
