Scheduling Team Leader

We’re recruiting for a Scheduling Team Leader to join the team and help drive performance, resource efficiency, and customer satisfaction across repair operations.
As Scheduling Team Leader, you’ll lead and support a team of schedulers responsible for planning and coordinating repair appointments. You will work closely with the operations teams to ensure the right resources are in the right place at the right time—maximising productivity and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and motivate a team of schedulers to ensure high performance and continuous development.

Resource Coordination: Oversee daily scheduling operations, allocating jobs effectively to field-based repair teams.

Operational Collaboration: Work closely with repair and operations managers to ensure resource availability and optimal scheduling.

KPI Management: Monitor and report on key performance indicators, driving team performance to meet and exceed targets.

Customer Satisfaction: Take ownership of customer service delivery, ensuring excellent communication and timely resolution of complaints.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve scheduling processes and drive service efficiency.
Key Skills and Experience

Proven experience in scheduling, coordination, or workforce planning

Previous leadership or supervisory experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment

Strong organisational and time-management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Confidence in handling complaints and resolving customer issues

A data-driven mindset with the ability to manage and report on KPIs

Proficient in scheduling systems and Microsoft Office tools
This role is working on a contract basis and is office based. Excellent rates of pay available and pleasnat working conditions.
