You will be splitting your time between structural flat roofing works and standard second-fix internal installations.Key Responsibilities:Roofing Works: Installing structural roof joists and laying flat roof decking to architectural specifications, ensuring solid structural integrity and correct falls.Second Fix Works: Installing internal doors, ironmongery, skirting boards, architraves, and other finishings to a high standard of workmanship.Site Safety: Working safely at height and following all site-specific health, safety, and environmental guidelines.Requirements (Minimum Criteria):Qualifications: Valid CSCS Card is mandatory.Certifications: Must hold Working at Heights and Asbestos Awareness certificates.
