Daytime Barista andndash; Avonmouth

Berkeley Scott are looking for a friendly, reliable, and hard-working Daytime Barista to join our clientandrsquo;s team at a busy workplace cafandeacute; in Avonmouth.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced coffee and food service environment and takes pride in delivering great coffee, excellent customer service, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Youandrsquo;ll be supporting the daily running of the cafandeacute; andmdash; preparing quality hot drinks, serving customers, and keeping the counter and kitchen areas clean, stocked, and organised.

Hours:
Daytime shifts, typically Monday to Friday, between 8:00am and 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold drinks to a high standard

• 
  

  Operate the coffee machine and ensure consistent quality in every cup

• 
  

  Serve food items such as pastries, sandwiches, and light lunches

• 
  

  Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all service and prep areas

• 
  

  Operate the till and provide friendly, efficient customer service

• 
  

  Assist with restocking, washing up, and general cafandeacute; duties

• 
  

  Follow food hygiene and health andamp; safety procedures at all times

Essential Requirements:

• 
  

  Previous barista or cafandeacute; experience preferred

• 
  

  Confident using espresso machines and preparing a variety of coffee drinks

• 
  

  Friendly and professional approach to customer service

• 
  

  Team player with good communication skills

• 
  

  Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a busy daytime environment
