Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Mechanical Technical Services Manager to join a high-performing team in London. Reporting to the Data Centre MEP Lead, you will be responsible for the technical delivery and coordination of mechanical building services from design through commissioning and handover on major Data Centre projects. Technical Services Manager Responsibilities Manage mechanical design coordination, technical reviews and interface management. Drive BIM coordination and resolve technical and design challenges across mechanical systems. Manage mechanical subcontractor performance, ensuring quality, programme and technical compliance. Oversee the installation, testing, commissioning and handover of mechanical services. Ensure all mechanical works comply with project specifications, safety standards and Data Centre requirements. Work closely with design teams, subcontractors and project stakeholders to ensure successful technical delivery. Support the wider Technical Services team throughout the project lifecycle.
