Manufacturing Operative / Southampton / 15 per hourOur client, a leader in the Aerospace industry, is looking for a Manufacturing Operative focused on innovation and excellence to join their team in Southampton. The role will be to support various processes in line with their Southampton site Manufacturing Process Instructions, ensuring all products are delivered to their customers in line with their quality procedures. The role:Work in line with business processes and procedures, SAP, and local Inspection standard Operating processesAccurately perform the required Manufacturing Processes in line with the site Quality ProceduresControl and Process all relevant Manufacturing and Quality documentationSupport inventory checks.Maintain inventory accuracy and batch traceabilityAll training for the roles advised will be providedWhat we are looking for:You must be computer literate and be able to complete set tasks accurately and precisely.Neat and tidy work ethic in line with 5s principlesManually dexterous.Must be prepared to work as part of small, closely knit team who can work unsupervised to complete set tasks.Must be a UK National who is willing to undertake security vetting to SC levelAble to review and follow and carry out Quality InstructionsLiaise with support functions to ensure customer deliveries are maintained at all timesBe flexible and able to support a number of Process operations - these include cleanrooms (at Class 6 Standard) and Controlled Working Environments. ..... full job details .....
