Candidates who do not currently hold security clearance will not be eligible.Key ResponsibilitiesAs Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the safe and successful day-to-day delivery of construction activities, ensuring works are completed to programme, budget and the required quality standards.Your responsibilities will include:Managing daily site operations, coordinating subcontractors, site labour and specialist contractors.Ensuring all construction activities are delivered safely and in accordance with project specifications.Developing and monitoring short-term programmes, identifying potential delays and implementing corrective measures.Working closely with the Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor and wider project team to ensure successful delivery.Managing subcontractor performance, productivity and quality of workmanship.Overseeing site logistics, material deliveries, plant and equipment requirements.Conducting site meetings, coordinating trades and ..... full job details .....
