You will work with the squads to ensure they are optimising for reducing friction in the engineering workflow and improving the reliability of products our engineering squads build.Leadership:

Drives significant technology initiatives end-to-end to ensure customer outcomes are met. Collaborates with architects and acts as Product Owner to craft roadmaps and steer the long-range goals.Engineering Excellence : Drives design and implementation of robust and durable software solutions which solve business-critical problems in a fast-paced environment, embedding engineering best practice in collaboration with all Principal Engineers.Collaboration : Fosters a collaborative environment and offers mentorship on effective communication within the engineering team.Relationship Management:

Builds cohesive and positive relationships with stakeholders within and beyond engineering.Self-Management:
