This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced middle or senior leader who is committed to removing barriers to learning, championing pupil wellbeing and driving outstanding outcomes for pupils with additional needs. As Assistant Headteacher (Inclusion), you will lead and strategically develop the school''s approach to SEND, inclusion, attendance, behaviour and pastoral support, ensuring that all pupils receive the guidance, intervention and opportunities they need to achieve their full potential. Working closely with staff, families, governors and external agencies, you will help create a culture where every pupil feels valued, supported and empowered to succeed.
