A rare opportunity has arisen for a Quality Manager to join a highly respected, quality-driven organisation operating within a regulated and compliance-critical environment. This is a senior appointment offering genuine ownership of the Quality function and the chance to influence standards, systems, and culture at a strategic level.

The Role

• Full ownership of the Quality Management System aligned to AS9100 and/or AS9120
• Lead internal, external, and customer audits with confidence and authority
• Drive corrective and preventive actions and continuous improvement initiatives
• Act as the senior quality interface for customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Champion a strong quality culture across the organisation
• Provide quality leadership, insight, and reporting to senior management
• Support supplier approvals, performance, and compliance

About You

• Proven experience in a Quality Manager or senior quality leadership role
• Aerospace experience preferred; strong candidates from other regulated industries welcomed
• Experienced audit lead with excellent stakeholder management skills
• Commercially minded, pragmatic, and solutions-focused
• Confident influencer with the ability to lead by example
