What you''ll do: Handle the administration of deceased estates, both taxable and non-taxable, ensuring all processes are managed efficiently and sensitively. Draft and prepare standard and complex wills, including those containing trusts for more intricate situations such as life interest trusts and discretionary trusts. Advise clients on inheritance tax (IHT) and capital gains tax (CGT), demonstrating how these taxes impact planning for private client scenarios. Draft and prepare powers of attorney including lasting powers of attorney (LPAs), as well as register enduring powers of attorney (EPAs).
