Non-Contentious Construction Associate (Bristol). Highly regarded regional firm are looking for an ambitious Associate to join their Non-Contentious Construction team in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a collaborative and supportive team, advising a broad mix of clients across exciting projects.You\''ll need solid experience in non-contentious Construction Law and the confidence to work independently as well as in a team environment.Responsibilities

Advising on construction legislation and practiceDrafting and negotiating JCT and NEC contracts, including bespoke amendmentsPreparing and negotiating professional consultant appointmentsDrafting and negotiating collateral warranties, bonds, and guaranteesApplying a strong working knowledge of contract law and the dispute resolution processExperience in clean and renewable energy projects whilst desired, is not essentialWorking arrangement

Although based in Bristol, you\''ll also collaborate with colleagues in our other offices, giving you exposure to a wide range of expertise and clients.
