We''re looking for a strategic and creative individual to lead our Influencer + Organic Social strategy for Trip! This role will require you to:Lead and manage the social team to develop and help execute our owned, paid and earned social strategy and campaigns, ensuring strong cross functional collaboration with our growth and brand teams to hit our brand objectives.Demonstrate a deep understanding of social media platforms, content excellence, and audience engagement strategies to collaborate successfully with creators + drive engagement and growth across our organic channels. Continuously monitoring competitor activities and industry best practices to inform brand strategy.Identify emerging trends, implement cutting-edge ideas, and create one of a kind activations to engage audiences of all ages.Leverage data and analytics tools to track performance, maximise ROI, and inform strategic decision-making for all paid + organic social activities. Strong knowledge of social commerce is a must!Key Responsibilities:You will be responsible for driving the influencer + our owned content strategy for our social channels. This role requires a strategic mindset, creative thinking and always on trend mindset to drive views, engagement + sales targets.It involves working in sync with the brand + growth team to deliver influencer + VIP content for media campaigns, TikTok shop activations and constantly pushing the boundaries on best in class content across the funnel.The Senior Social Manager needs to be social and content obsessed, constantly with their finger on the pulse, aware of competitor brand activations, social media platforms, content trends, audiences, and industry news, to inspire and inform the wider team.The Senior Social Brand Manager will use reporting tools to track, report and present learnings on best practice to maximise ROI.They also work closely with the growth team to provide content to drive conversion campaigns through social selling.Who You AreDemonstrated experience in Influencer + Content strategy and experience at a manager level, with direct reports.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and delivery, coupled with the resilience to navigate challenges.Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving, constantly seeking innovative solutions.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.Data-driven approach with a strong understanding of social media management and analytics tools.Knowledge and experience with TikTok shop campaigns is an added bonus!Global experience is also a bonus but not essential.
