This position offers the chance to make a tangible impact on one of the Council''s key financial priorities by supporting income collection, reducing outstanding debt, and driving improved financial performance across a range of critical services. Working within a fast-paced local government environment, you will analyse complex financial and operational data, identify trends and performance gaps, and provide actionable recommendations that support strategic decision-making and service improvement. Key Responsibilities Analyse large and complex datasets relating to income collection, debt recovery and customer payment behaviour. Review debt portfolios and recovery activity to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement. Produce high-quality management information, reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders. Develop insight-led recommendations that support improved collection rates and debt reduction strategies.
