Diagnose and resolve electrical faults, ensuring minimal disruption to tenants. Work collaboratively with other tradespeople to deliver a high standard of service. Provide excellent customer service, liaising with tenants to ensure minimal disruption and effective resolution of issues. Essential Qualifications and Experience: Fully qualified Electrician (Level 3 NVQ or equivalent). 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations (latest edition). Experience working in the social housing sector. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and maintenance. Familiarity with the latest electrical safety standards and regulations.
