Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Senior Social Worker to join the MASH Team for Bromley Council. Duties and Responsibilities: Managing and responding to complex safeguarding concerns within the MASH setting. Screening, analysing, and prioritising referrals to determine appropriate interventions. Completing robust risk assessments and supporting informed threshold decisions. Working collaboratively with partner agencies to share information and safeguard children. Providing support, guidance, and oversight to Social Workers within the team. Maintaining high-quality case recordings and reports in line with statutory guidance. Pay Rate: 39.04 p/h Umbrella Essential Requirements: Social Work qualification - Degree or equivalent. Social Work England registration. Significant experience working within MASH or Front Door services. Strong knowledge of safeguarding legislation, thresholds, and multi-agency working.
