Your day-to-day tasks will vary, but will include:- Delivering high-quality personal care, ensuring dignity and respect are always maintained.- Assisting residents in developing independence and achieving their goals.- Creating engaging activities and supporting participation.- Contributing to a positive and supportive home environment.- Working as a team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.We maintain staffing ratios of 1:2 for night shifts and either 1:1 or 2:1 for day shifts, depending on the residents'' needs.
