Test and Validation Technician £37,000 - £40,000 Yolk Recruitment is supporting a specialist engineering and manufacturing organisation with the recruitment of a Test and Validation Technician to join its production team. This is a hands-on opportunity for a Test Technician, Validation Technician or experienced engineering technician with a background in system testing, fault finding and inspection, working across mechanical, electrical and integrated systems to ensure products meet required standards before delivery. The Role As a Test and Validation Technician, you will be responsible for testing, inspecting and verifying assembled units against engineering specifications, quality standards and customer requirements. Working closely with Production, Engineering and Quality teams, you will carry out system-level testing, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), inspections and diagnostics, while maintaining accurate test records and supporting the resolution of any issues identified. The role is hands-on and production-focused, with the opportunity to develop your technical skills across a range of testing and validation activities.
