Our client is looking to recruit a Senior Casualty / Liability Claims Handler to work on a remote / home working basis.Responsibilities

Use your technical knowledge and experience to proactively investigate liability claims for Employers and Public Liability (injury and TPPD) and report thereon, in compliance with prevailing client requirements / service standards and providing exceptional customer service throughout.Investigate and settle (as required) liability claims, covering legal/policy liability and quantum, gathering evidence to support your recommendations in a timely manner and in compliance with client requirements.Qualifications

Technical knowledge and experience to proactively investigate liability claims for Employers and Public Liability (injury and TPPD) and report thereon.Ability to investigate and settle liability claims, covering legal/policy liability and quantum, and to gather evidence to support recommendations in a timely manner and in compliance with client requirements.
