This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being close to the action, building strong relationships with managers, and rolling their sleeves up to support a busy workforce. The Role Supporting the HR function across a large operational workforce, you''ll provide practical HR guidance, manage employee relations casework, and ensure HR processes are delivered effectively and compliantly. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to managers and employees. Manage a range of employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, performance and conduct issues. Lead investigations, hearings and formal meetings, ensuring a fair and consistent approach. Support recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle activities. Oversee occupational health referrals and support return-to-work and reasonable adjustment processes. Take ownership of time and attendance administration, ensuring accurate records and payroll data.
