Coordinate and oversee planned preventative and reactive maintenance works. Obtain quotations, appoint contractors and monitor performance to ensure quality and value for money. Manage Fire Risk Assessments and ensure remedial actions are completed within agreed timescales. Oversee statutory compliance, including fire safety, health and safety obligations. Liaise with utility providers and resolve utility-related matters. Support the management and budgeting of service charges. Conduct regular property inspections and identify maintenance requirements. Manage the security, presentation and upkeep of vacant properties. Arrange security measures including alarms, inspections and boarding-up works where necessary.
