This client-facing role combines hands-on claims management with strategic reporting and advisory support for corporate clients.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of complex claims (£75k+) across Property, Liability, Business Interruption and Financial LinesAct as a claims advocate, negotiating with insurers and advising clientsOversee up to 50 live claims, delegating to claims handlers where appropriate while retaining oversight of complex mattersDedicated account manager for 40 corporate clientsAnalyse claims data, produce reports, identify trends and provide actionable insightsLead client meetings and claims reviews, including pre-renewal discussionsCommercial claims experience, ideally Property and/or LiabilityCandidate RequirementsBroker, insurer, loss adjusting or claims management backgroundStrong client-facing, organisational and analytical skillsProactive, responsive and professional approachInsurance qualifications or legal background advantageous, certainly not essentialTeam and CultureSupportive City-based team with experienced claims executives and handlersProfessional environment with a strong focus on work-life balance and career ..... full job details .....
