In this role, you will work with children and families from diverse backgrounds, supporting those at risk of exploitation and abuse. Your focus will be on safeguarding children by assessing risks, developing protection plans, and working collaboratively with multi-agency professionals to achieve the best outcomes for vulnerable children. Key Responsibilities: Manage a varied caseload of child protection cases involving children at risk of exploitation. Conduct assessments and deliver comprehensive safeguarding plans in line with statutory guidelines. Engage with families from diverse communities, ensuring cultural competence in practice. Work collaboratively with health, education, police, and other relevant agencies to safeguard children. Attend child protection conferences, core groups, and court proceedings, providing clear and professional reports.
