at the forefront of applied AI, working directly with enterprise clients to design, build, and scale impactful AI solutions.As a

Senior Applied AI Solutions Engineer , you will:Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade AI solutions.Work across multiple projects, owning delivery from prototype to production.Balance hands-on coding with technical leadership, guiding small engineering teams.Build AI-powered applications and intelligent agents using LLMs (fine-tuned and off-the-shelf).Collaborate with client engineers to integrate solutions into real business environments.Contribute to internal RandD, building reusable assets and advancing applied AI capabilities.Communicate complex AI approaches to both technical and business stakeholders.Architect scalable, reliable backend systems for AI applications.Develop solutions involving:Python applications and data pipelinesMicroservices and distributed systemsDrive system reliability, monitoring, and deployment best practices.Mentor junior engineers and set high standards for technical delivery.Stay ahead of the curve in Generative AI, experimenting with new methods and applying them in enterprise contexts.We’re looking for someone with:5+ years of software engineering

experience in enterprise environments.A track record of delivering

production-grade, distributed systems .Strong skills in

Python , cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and data architecture.Experience with LLMs or AI-powered applications.The ability to

lead teams , balance multiple projects, and own outcomes end-to-end.Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.A passion for mentoring, coaching, and driving high technical standards.EMI Share Options
