Reporting to the Repairs and Maintenance Team Leader, you will be responsible for undertaking a variety of responsive and planned maintenance tasks across our properties, with a primary focus on painting, redecoration, and general property upkeep.Key Responsibilities:Painting and Decorating:Perform a comprehensive range of painting and redecoration tasks in both occupied and empty properties.Prepare and clean surfaces using methods such as scraping, sanding, and steam cleaning.Remove old wallpaper and loose paint.Repair cracks and holes in walls and joinery by applying fillers and sealants.Prepare and sand surfaces for the application of decorative products.Property Clearance and Cleaning:Ensure all work areas and accommodations are clean, fit for purpose, and free from debris upon task completion, adhering to company standards.Maintain accurate and up-to-date cleaning records in accordance with company procedures.General Maintenance:Undertake other duties as deemed reasonable by the Head of Property Services.Skills and Attributes:Collaboration and Communication:Work closely and ..... full job details .....
