Fire Door Carpenter/Joiner Contract Role Location: London Borough of Camden Contract Duration: 6 months 1 year Hours: 36 per week Rate: £27.45 per hour Vehicle: Van provided (Full UK driving licence required) Key Responsibilities: Installation of new fire doors to meet current safety standards Upgrading and repairing existing fire doors and frames Fitting of electrical enclosures and fire-rated plasterboard Undertaking fire stopping works in accordance with regulations Ensuring compliance with British Standards related to fire safety Maintaining high-quality workmanship and documentation Liaising with tenants and stakeholders to ensure strong customer relationships Keeping accurate records and performing minor administrative tasks as required Requirements: Proven experience in fire door installation and maintenance In-depth knowledge of fire door components and fire stopping practices Understanding of relevant British Standards Valid Full UK Driving Licence Innovative, solution-focused mindset Excellent attention to detail and quality control Strong communication and customer service skills If intrested please send your cv to (url ..... full job details .....
