People Dynamix Education are looking for a caring, reliable and enthusiastic SEND Teaching Assistant to work across our growing network of Primary Schools throughout Wirral.
We work closely with Primary Schools across Wirral, providing everything from flexible day-to-day supply through to longer-term and permanent opportunities.
We''re looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant with a strong understanding of SEND and SEMH, alongside proven experience of working in UK classroom settings.

We''re looking for SEND Teaching Assistants who:
- Build positive and supportive relationships with children
- Can work effectively alongside class teachers and other school staff
- Are confident supporting individuals, small groups or whole classes
- Can help pupils remain engaged, motivated and confident in their learning
- Have a calm, positive and consistent approach
- Are adaptable, reliable and professional
- Put the needs of children at the heart of everything they do
- Experience supporting pupils with SEND, SEMH, 1:1 support, interventions or additional learning needs
