We are recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join a successful and growing business within the fresh produce sector. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional to play a pivotal role in improving commercial performance, supporting key business decisions and providing meaningful financial insight across the organisation. The Role Working closely with operational and commercial teams, you will act as a key link between finance and the wider business. Responsibilities will include: Partnering with operational and commercial stakeholders to drive improved financial performance Providing insightful analysis around margin, profitability, pricing, costs and operational performance Preparing budgets, forecasts and longer-term financial plans Developing and monitoring KPIs to identify trends, risks and opportunities Analysing product, customer and channel profitability Supporting commercial decisions through scenario modelling and financial analysis Challenging operational performance and identifying opportunities for cost efficiencies Supporting month-end reporting and providing meaningful commentary on results Monitoring performance against budget and investigating key variances Improving financial reporting, processes and ..... full job details .....
