You will be focused on structuring and arranging debt solutions across commercial real estate - including senior debt, mezzanine, and structured finance across office, logistics, residential and mixed-use assets. You''ll work closely with borrowers, lenders and investors to originate, structure and execute financing solutions, managing deals from initial assessment through to completion. This is a genuine opportunity to build on an established platform, with real deal flow and direct exposure to lender and investor relationships from day one.
