What are your responsibilities£
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons for Year 3 students in accordance with the National Curriculum.
- Assess, monitor, and track the progress of individual students, providing feedback and support as needed.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the varying needs of all students.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, independence, and curiosity.
- Encourage and support students in developing key skills such as literacy, numeracy, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
- Ensure safety and well-being of students during work hours.
