We are looking for a proven commercial professional ideally with experience in Social Housing refurbishment programmes, ideally with knowledge of internal and external planned maintenance programmes with a comprehensive commercial understanding of subcontractor procurement and cost management, the CVR process as well as excellent client relationship skills.As the Quantity Surveyor for our client, some of your responsibilities will include:Control all expenditureReconcile cost/value reports and profit forecastsOn-boarding of Sub contractors/suppliersEnsuring value for money and financial assessmentsManage day to day cost control and monitoring and reportingProcess Sub contractor requests for payment via application and invoiceAttend project and company related meetingsEnsure timely cash flow managementMaintain and develop professional relationships with clients and customersEssential Quantity Surveyor Experience:Experience of planned maintenance and voidsDegree or other technical qualificationQuantity Surveying experience with a main contractorStrong commercial awarenessProven track record delivering contracts on time and within budgetContractual ..... full job details .....
