What You''ll Be Doing: Providing tailored 1:1 support that meets the individual needs of pupils. Encouraging pupils to actively take part in lessons and wider school life. Implementing targeted strategies to help pupils make measurable progress. Building strong, positive and trusting relationships with pupils. Working hand-in-hand with class teachers and communicating with parents to celebrate success and track development.
