SEN Teacher - (Primary)Location: Wigston, Leicestershire (LE18)Start Date: Autumn Term 2026Contract: Full-time (part-time considered for the right candidate)Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Monarch Education are working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Wigston (LE18) to recruit a dedicated SEN Teacher to work within their specialist "Footsteps" provision. This nurturing and well-supported school prides itself on its strong inclusive ethos, providing tailored support for pupils with additional needs. The Footsteps Unit is a specialist provision designed to support pupils with communication and interaction needs, including Autism (ASD), offering a highly personalised and structured learning environment. The Role: You will be leading a small class of approximately 10 pupils with communication and interaction needs, many of whom are working developmentally between age 2 and Reception level. The role requires a compassionate, adaptable and skilled practitioner who can deliver a highly individualised curriculum focused on communication, engagement, and early development.
