What’s Needed
- Previous Assistant Site Manager experience on new-build housing projects
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid
Your Role
- Supporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the site
- Managing subcontractors and trades
- Monitoring build quality and progress
- Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained
- Helping ensure the project is delivered to programme
