Responsibilities: Managing a varied caseload primarily within Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Deputyship applications to the Court of Protection.Promoting the firm''s services, handling client instructions efficiently, maintaining high standards of client care, and ensuring confidentiality of all documents and information. About you: Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with exposure to the full sphere of Private Client law.Excellent communication, written skills, and professional presentation.Reliable, trustworthy, confident, empathatic and able to work effectively within a team.Knowledge of trusts and a proactive approach towards STEP qualification will be beneficial and supported.
