Your new role As a property compliance and gas safety specialist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the safety, functionality, and sustainability of estate buildings. This position is integral to ensuring that facilities meet all legal and regulatory standards, providing a world-class environment for research, teaching, and learning. This role will see you oversee, coordinate, and lead compliance efforts across 350 buildings. You will provide technical guidance and serve as a primary point of contact for various internal and external stakeholders. Further to this, you will work on continuous improvement activities, and lead on data management and reporting activities.
