We are working on behalf of a lovely Private Nursery in the NG10 area who are looking to appoint several permanent Level 3 Nursery Nurses. This is a full time role, working 40 hours a week. You''ll be working in a fantastic, fast paced, supportive, private Nursery with pupils aged 0-5. You''ll be joining an established team with strong Nursery and Area Managers supporting you in the role and with career progression. Interviews are being held over the next week. Duties Provide attentive and responsive care to children, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met. Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning through play, focusing on the developmental milestones of each child. Manage daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and hygiene practices, ensuring a structured environment. Communicate effectively with children in English, using age-appropriate language to encourage their verbal skills. Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss children''s progress and address any concerns regarding their development. Maintain a clean and safe nursery environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Demonstrate leadership by guiding junior staff members and supporting their professional development. Drive initiatives that enhance the nursery''s educational offerings and overall quality of care. Qualifications Experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is essential.
