NES Fircroft is recruiting a Contracts Manager to join a leading chemical manufacturing company. This role is based at our client''s site in Grangemouth on a 12 month contract. As a Contracts Manager you will support the Contracts Manager by overseeing a portfolio, circa 5m, of Engineering Service Contracts through the Contract Lifecycle, minimising risk and delivering value to site.You will also be responsible for:Provide management of Engineering Service ContractsCollaborate with key internal and external stakeholdersEnsure that contracts are managed in a safe, economical, compliant and ethical manner.Working with Procurement, leverage best value from contractsPerform vetting of Suppliers through Contractor PrequalificationWork with the Suppliers to manage Contracts Education and Experience:Have some experience managing contractsHave a basic understanding of Commercial Contract LawBasic understanding of inflation and price indices,Comfortable analysing cost data and ability to calculate impact to site.
