This role supports the delivery of high-quality oversight across retail operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying risks, improving processes, and ensuring positive customer outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct quality assurance testing of retail processes to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements (UK and ROI).Perform outcome testing to identify actual or potential customer harm.Analyse data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.Maintain and update testing records and assurance frameworks.Support the preparation of Management Information (MI) and reports for senior leadership.Collaborate with internal teams and third-party providers to promote high-quality performance.Report findings and incidents, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.Review and suggest improvements to manual processes and administrative tasks.Maintain risk logs and follow up on outstanding actions.Conduct root cause analysis of risk events and support mitigation efforts.Skills and ExperienceEssential:Strong knowledge of ..... full job details .....
